We offer support ranging from cookie table setup and décor rentals all the way to full-service planning, but for many couples, our Structure package is the sweet spot. It’s an economical, more hands-on approach to “day-of coordination,” with planning support built in ahead of the wedding, not just someone showing up on the day itself.

Owner Cara brings nearly 20 years of experience in the Pittsburgh wedding scene, including time spent working directly inside local venues. That means honest advice, realistic planning, and help focusing your budget on what truly matters –  and skipping what doesn’t.  💍
