We understand that your business is on the move, constantly evolving. This is why we designed a platform that gives you full control over your listing 24/7.

How do I upgrade from a Business Membership to a Directory Listing?

Upgrading is simple:

  1. Cancel your current Business Membership subscription
  2. Confirm cancellation via email
  3. Log in using your existing account
  4. Choose and subscribe to your preferred listing tier (Basic, Featured, or Spotlight)

Are all wedding businesses eligible to join?

We prioritize supporting local vendors within a 75-mile radius of Downtown Pittsburgh.

To be eligible, businesses must:

  • Be properly registered (fictitious name or business license)
  • Provide a certificate of insurance (if applicable)

To maintain the integrity of our community, Pittsburgh Brides reserves the right to:

  • Approve or decline listings
  • Remove listings that contain inaccurate information
  • Enforce standards related to legal compliance and respectful conduct

We are committed to creating a safe, trustworthy space for both vendors and couples.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

  • Monthly listings: You can cancel or pause at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • Annual subscriptions: Non-refundable. However, you have a 7-day grace period after renewal to cancel or pause future billing without penalty.
