We are retiring the traditional buffet line in favor of curated, interactive culinary theater. Our specialty stations are designed to engage the senses:

• Savory Performance: Hand-crafted grazing tables, live-tossed pasta served from a Parmigiano Reggiano Wheel, and expert carving stations.

• Interactive Sweets: Strolling cannoli and tiramisu service, artisan gelato bars, and gourmet cotton candy.

• The Grand Finale: Ditch the traditional wedding cake for the viral Millefoglie, assembled live in front of your guests for a breathtaking (and delicious) spectacle.
